Startup 2007 - Current:
- Took on Project lead role
- Architecture of Social Media platform
- Lead of Development Team, day to day system design

Fastmount 2004 - Current:
- Implemented Ruby on Rails portion of web app to gradually phase out PHP part of web app
- User interface enhancement with jQuery
- Shared login system with PHP
- Use of existing data model
- Complex business logic as described.

Strategic Coach 2006 - 2007:
- Implemented first system in Feb 2006, a simple eCommerce site for The Strategic Coach
- Implementation proved Rails was a huge win for “time from concept to production”, continued on from this and developed long awaited client ‘portal’.
- Very large Rails app in terms of models (100+)
- Complex architecture for interfacing with legacy Filemaker installation.
- Extended application with Flex front end components.
- Content management mixed in with client data aggregation and display
